Hello Again
Been a little busy.
Life is Nuts
My weight is about 8 pounds heavy.
My runs are about 15 seconds per mile slower.
My trip to the Poconos is in Jepordy.
My Motorcycle obsession is mostly gone.
My dizziness is mostly gone, MRI results pending.
Work life is Crazy, we are getting corporate "help" and that is always a dangerous thing!
My runs have been mostly 4-5 miles which is ok for fitness, not so ok for Marathon training. I am a little worried that I have not put in the miles.
This weekend will be a 20 miler without question.
I have chub rub, which is the irritating 8 pounds that I can not seem to let go!
164 today, Looking for a 1/2 lb per day reduction. Very doable!
