2-3 miles per day again.
MRI shows tears in the miniscus, so the doc wants to schedule arthroscopic surgury.
Not sure if I believe him, or if those surguries are just what buys his Mercedes, it is a tough thing to know enough to be skeptical.
Anyhow the weight is again coming off if ever so slowly.
