Recovery
You know I think that what I am learning from this Marathon is that it takes a little while to recover. I was planning to run an 18, because I am nervous that I have somehow lost all my training. TWO weeks ago I did the Marathon. If I listen to my schedule it says to do a 12. I am still not sure which one I will do cause I missed a couple of the medium length runs this week, some becuase I was tired, some because I just had too much to do. We'll see, I plan an easy 4 today then will make the choice on the 18 or 12 tomorrow morning about 3 am! Gotta Love the long runs!
