I was able to get in 10 last night but it was very hot and I was soaked through. I was at a snail's pace, but I put 'em in. 10.37 Mi in 1:47 about 10:23 pace (SLOW!)

I signed up and sent to money for the Steamtown Marathon in Scranton PA, Oct 8. THis will coincide with an audit I must accomplish, so I will have free airfare. Robia has said she will go as well so we can make a long weekend of it. THat is if she's willing.

Does anyone know a good Bed and Breakfast in Scranton, PA?

The next thing to do is send the money off for the Tupelo, MS Marathon. Which is Sept 3.
