happy happy Joy Joy

OK, I went for the worlds slowest distance run yesterday, but guess what I went 14 miles, how cool is that, I have not been that far since I broke my shoulder.
14 Mi 2:33 with lots of little stops etc for water.
Oh it was mid day heat here in FLA, so temp was 85-90F during the run.

I am really pleased with this.

Been running each day and having a ball.
